Leadership Giving

United Way provides Leadership Giving members with opportunities to attend exclusive educational and networking events in addition to special recognition. Give Now >>

  • Meridian Society: The Meridian Society is an elite group of community leaders in Central Indiana with annual contributions of $25,000 or more. Meridian Society members have a significant impact on our community and in improving the lives of so many of our Central Indiana neighbors.
  • Tocqueville Society: The Tocqueville Society consists of members who reflect extraordinary dedication to inspiring a better way of life for everyone in our community with generous gifts of $10,000 or more annually.
  • Women United: Women United members are an energetic group of women with annual contributions of $2,500 or more annually.  Coming together to implement much-needed change in the lives of our youngest residents. A volunteer-driven group, Women United is dedicated to the signature cause of Early Childhood Education. 
  • Diversity Leadership Circle: Diversity Leadership Circle is a leadership and networking group striving to be a model of diversity and inclusion in Central Indiana with members who reflect the many faces, cultures and walks of life that make up the communities United Way serves.   Annual gifts of $1,500 or more.
  • Emerging Leaders: United Way’s Emerging Leaders program is open to individuals 40 or younger who have the desire to play an important role in setting agendas for strategic change in the Central Indiana community. Philanthropic professionals engage in volunteer opportunities, leadership development and social/networking events.  Annual gifts of $1,000 or more.
  • LINC: LINC, which stands for Lead. Impact. Network. Change., is United Way’s national initiative connecting young professionals, age 22-30, with our community in fun and impactful ways. Each event is a volunteer experience – with a social twist – designed to elevate our community and members’ social calendars! It’s a ‘do-good’ time!
